The meeting was called to order at 7:00PM
Present: President Michael Demeter, V.P. Jayney Roskamp, Rescue Co-chair Patty Storkel
Other Attendees: Dorian Mell, Linda Crosby, Curt & Dorothy Myrick, Jeanne Fleetwood, Mark Berry

1. Match
a. Show Chair - Motion for Mike and Patty to Co-Chair Show; Second, Linda Crosby; Passed unanimously
b. Judges
b.1 - Conformation: Jean Fleetwood suggested Anne O'Keefe be conformation judge.
Motion to accept Anne O'Keefe; Second, Patty Storkel; Passed unanimously
b.2 - Sweeps Judge: It was suggested that we ask Jean Fleetwood to judge sweeps.
Motion to accept Jean Fleetwood for Sweeps judge; Second, Jayney Roskamp; Passed unanimously.
b.3 - Obedience Judge: Patty Storkel will arrange for judge.
c. Catalog - Contact Nadean for cover.
d. Sweatshirts, etc. - Contact Tina.
2. Constitution & Bylaws - Ratification of the Constitution & Bylaws awaiting verification membership. Treasurer, Nadean Murray has been out of town. Will table this item until till next meeting.

1. Business Cards for Officers ( A generic printing using no names)
